Early Bird Deadline is December 31, 2025
- Apply by 31 December 2025 for a reduced application fee of $30 and higher chances of being accepted into the Summer 2026 programs.
Regular Deadline is February 1, 2026
- Apply by 1 February 2026 to be considered for the Summer 2026 programs. The application fee for applications submitted between 1 January through 1 February is $40.
DISCLAIMER
Although Learning Enterprises does not charge any program fees to participate, we require a small application fee of $30 before 31 December 2025 and $40 after. Since Learning Enterprises doesn't charge program fees, the application fee is one of the ways Learning Enterprises raises money for scholarships, insurance for volunteers, and marketing costs. How the Application Process Works
To apply, please pay the application fee of $30 (before 31 December) and $40 (after 31 December) through the PayPal link above. Once you enter your full name, and select Pay Now, you will be routed directly to our PayPal. Once you have paid the application fee, you will be able to fill out the online application. If you are unable to access the application or have any questions, please email info@learningenterprises.org and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
My Application was submitted. Now what?
Application Review
Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed by our staff. You can expect to hear back within one week of applying. If you have any questions or concerns on your application status, feel free to reach out to info@learningenterprises.org
Interviews
LE staff will conduct 2–3 interviews over video call to assess your ability to succeed as a Learning Enterprises volunteer.
Acceptance
After 2–3 rounds of interviews, you may be offered a position as a Learning Enterprises volunteer for Summer 2025! You will work closely with your Program Director to work through the next steps and be able to make a final decision at this point.
Our Interview Process
Successful candidates will complete two to three interviews as part of the selection process. The first interview will evaluate overall fit with Learning Enterprises and discuss program preferences. Candidates moving forward will then interview with the Program Director of the program where they are being considered. In some cases, a third interview may be offered if another program is identified as a better fit.
Program Preference
If you are only interested in one program, you will still complete the same interview process. While we strongly encourage applicants to remain open to multiple placements, you may choose to be considered for only one program. Please note that selecting one program may limit your chances of placement if that program reaches capacity or determines you are not the best fit.
Tips for Applying
The following are some tips for applying to our programs.
DO'S
- Apply early. Our applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so applying earlier increases your chances of acceptance.
- Learn more about our program on the program page.
- Write out your short question answers on a separate document before submitting.
- Reach out to a staff member if you have any questions or for clarification.
DON'Ts
- Don't wait until the last minute to apply.
- Don't submit incomplete applications.
- Don't forget to check program-specific application requirements.
- Don't forget to check our website and Instagram for program updates and information sessions.
