Executive Director of Program Development
SAYLER GENTRY

Sayler graduated from Appalachian State University in the spring of 2025 with a major in psychology and a minor in criminal justice. Croatia holds a special place in her heart, as she volunteered there during PY2024 and served as Program Director during PY2025. She now works closely with the Program Directors to support and standardize program development across the Croatia and Romania programs.
Sayler grew up teaching English alongside her grandmother, which shaped her belief in the power of learning English to create access to real-world opportunities. This foundation guided her work over the past two summers in Croatia, where she taught in the town of Biograd na Moru and built strong relationships within the local community.
That same focus on access to opportunity continues to shape her professional work today. She works as a marketing and communications specialist in workforce development, helping connect people with jobs and resources that can shape their futures.

BRAEDON ERVIN

Braedon is a third-year sociology student at UC Santa Barbara. He works with local youth in mentorship and tutoring in his role at Freedom 4 Youth, a local non-profit supporting communities impacted by the criminal justice system. Braedon enjoys watching and playing sports, visiting with friends, and trying new foods in his free time. Braedon spent his first four weeks nestled between the hills of Koprivnica at the Sunny Village Camp but retreated to the coast of Biograd na Moru for the latter half of his stay. His experience with Learning Enterprises not only developed his passion and call to work with kids, but it allowed him to build forever connections with people near and far. Braedon is incredibly excited to support all individuals interested with getting involved with Learning Enterprises.
